Step 9 - July 1998 - The water quality is maintained by having a balance of the number and size of fish to match the water volume. There should be oxygenating plants (under water) to help keep the oxygen levels up in the pond. The other plants are decorative as well as adding oxygen to the water. The plants and fish are doing very well at this point in time.
