Step 23 - the little viewing platform created when I removed a rhodo that was not doing very well and add the cement pavers on top of the levelled rubble and clay. The new little heuchera is now growing very well. The mossy Japanese lantern no longer sits there, as it was covering the astilbes. The astilbes were some of the original plants and are now starting to spread out a bit more. There are stepping stones just off this platform that go under the deck (duck you head going under). On the other side of the platform there are primroses growing next to the cement pavers that make up the path around this side of the pond. On the other side of the platform from the astilbes is a well established clematis, with a delphinium.
