This is a Jackie Cooper creation of a cement mix put into a mold of his design. It hangs on the old garage next to the walk in door. On the other side of door there hangs another Jackie Cooper creation with the seven faces. I bought the Mad Hatter when we were at the Glendale Gardens 'Art in the Garden' in 2013.
