This is one of the oldest plants in the garden. It grows under the rhodo and hangs down the retaining
wall next to the steps up to the deck. It seems to do well under the rhodo. Another lost label plant.
It might be a veronica. Beside it and hanging over this retaining wall there is a phlox sublata
that blooms in pink. The phlox also is doing very well.
