May in the Garden

Page 17: The pond edgings, waterfall, spillway, drystream, old plum tree stump bed, under the deck. There were a lot of renovations in the pond area of the moss/water garden room in the last few years. Also in 2023 the yellow loose strife was removed as it is invasive. The waterfall mountain is slowly being planted as is the old plum tree stump bed. We see a start of the brick yard in the little back rockery, also. Overviews show the pond plants. The squirrel has been digging in this garden area. I will need to rescue some of the rocks from the waterfall when it gets warmer. I hope I can find the time to get the dry stream restored to its previous cleaned up appearance. Perhaps I should add black plastic under the next application of pea gravel to keep the weeds down to a minimum.
