The bridal veil spirea grows in the middle of the 5 foot strip next to the cedar hedge of the Boulevard garden room. I have been pruning it into a ball shape after it is finished blooming. Its natural shape puts out long branches of blooms to make it look like a veil. It does not have enough room in the boulevard garden to make a 'veil' appearance.
