The sea horse, ferns between the steps to the deck and the house. Since 2018 this little area has had a lovely rhodo with bluish leaves that is growing up to screen the patio view from across under the deck where the nefarious neighbors have trashed the cedar hedge. This is a nice cool spot to sit. We don't get the stink of the smoke from the nefarious neighbors here.
