The European wall lizards on the pavers of the pond edging in 2020. They like to hide in all the stone cavities around the pond. They are an introduced species and invasive. I am happy to have them, as; since their invasion into my garden I hardly ever see a slug. And I mulch with the Autumn fallen leaves, that are generally a slug's delight. I think the European lizards might eat the slug eggs.
