a view of the mermaid in the half barrel overlooking the small boxwood hedge, a large blue hosta in the foreground, on over the little rockery in the front. This hosta seemed to have disappeared over time is now replaced with bergenia, some Japanese anemones and a very nice hebe. The little rockery is undergoing a renovation from last year where I will be moving the saxifragias with their tufa rocks to the spot where the half barrel was. This area will have the crocosmias and the cedar hedge behind them. I need more gold rocks to build up this little rock wall.
