Petunias in the front newly renovated area

This is the newly renovated area where I removed the big birds nest spruce in 2016. I planted a few annuals in the open space. Now I am planning to move the pink pots arrangement here and put the annuals into the pots, with some taller hollyhocks, and delphiniums, around the pots to disguise the ugly cement water meter. The tall red perennial lobelia is in a brown pot and might make up part of the mix.
