Photo of April 10, 2015. This racoon is perched in a tree, across the road in the 'little forest' of the Hyro right of way area. This area borders on the West Copley Park and the Panama Flats Park. The Colquitz River runs through the Hyro right of way and through the Parks. We have quite an assortment of wild life in the area because most of the parks and the Hyro right of way are quite wild.
