On a sunny, warm day on March 4, 2002, we went to Cassis via a secondary road that climbed up the mountain along a winding road. We made our way through Marseille from North to South and came out along the harbour and South Coast, with traffic doing double parking and buses and multiple winding ways. Was marvellous driving and navigating by Pat. We get gas and go back on the toll road. I have a photo of the Chateau d'iff but it is too distant to get much detail.
