Page 15 – Toured around West Cork, back to Dublin, and home the next day April 19, 20, 21 - Innis Shannon is Bill's ancestors home. Bill tours us around the area with a stop at the Eccles Hotel in Glengariff for lunch, overlooking Bantry Bay. Back at the farm Bill gets his Mother who joins us for dinner. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality. Hope to see you on our Island some day. April 20 - After breakfast, we catch the train back to Dublin. We get a taxi from the train station to Trinity College. I get to see the Book of Kells while Pat watches our luggage. I missed it because I had a very nasty cold when the tour went to see Trinity. I still have my cold and my face is all chapped and sore. We get another taxi to our hotel which is near the airport. Nice drive for only $17.00. Home the next day.
