Step 1 - Decide the location of the Pond. Excavate the hole to the size required. Check the edges with a spirit level to get the sides level all around the pond, so that there are no low spots. Water will run downhill every time! My Pond is 30 inches deep and 7 feet by 8 feet. Time spent to this point: 22 hours.
