Close up of the water hawthorn (Aponogeton distachyos) blossom in the pond. I usually have these lovely plants constantly blooming in the pond. I recently did a clean up in the pond and seem to have lost the water hawthorns. I am hoping they get growing again soon. (August 11, 2023). They grow from tubers, so I guess they will grow again, soon.
